A2B Electronics receives its first order for the Multibox 6T from EUROSAT DISTRIBUTION LTD
A2B Electronics AB, the Swedish technology company that develops and manufactures products for professional TV distribution and for consumer electronics has received its first order for the Multibox 6T from Eurosat Distribution Ltd in the United Kingdom.
Eurosat Distribution will market and sell A2B’s micro head ends, the Multibox and the Multibox Professional to its widespread customer base across the United Kingdom. The order is an important step for A2B as it continues to develop successful partnerships in Europe.

About the Multibox 6T:
The Multibox is a unique product that receives all 5 public service broadcasting TV channels in Digital and converts them to high-quality analogue TV signals that are fed down existing TV distribution systems.
The Multibox allows all existing TVs, VCRs and PVRs to receive the chosen 5 (+1) Digital channels without the need for any extra set top box, remote control or extra cabling. The Multibox also passes all digital signals through so residents can add a standard digital STB if they wish.
The Multibox is an ideal solution for shared housing properties, hotels, bed & breakfast establishments, hospitals, schools and prisons. The Multibox has been presented to the principal DSO bodies, the Department of Trade and Industry and DigitalUK, who welcome its introduction.

2007-05-29A2B Electronics AB has signed a Distributor Agreement with Eurosat Distribution Ltd in the United Kingdom.
Eurosat Distribution will market and sell A2B's micro head ends, the Multibox and the Multibox Professional to its widespread customer base across the United Kingdom. The signing of the Distributor Agreement is an important step for A2B as it continues to develop successful partnerships in Europe.

A2B Electronics expands its R&D team
2007-03-29In April the R&D team will be further strengthened with the appointment of Hardware Engineer Tomas Krüger and Software Engineer Karin Hedlund. Tomas and Karin will support A2B in its drive to constantly offer innovative and groundbreaking products and help A2B meet the challenges of constantly developing technology.
Tomas has 10 years experience in hardware construction and prior to joining A2B worked as a Consultant for Prevas AB in Linköping. he holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from LiTH (Linköping University). When he is not working or spending time with his family, Tomas likes to take a ride to the open road on his motorbike.
Software Engineer Karin has recently started in her career and previously worked as a Consultant for Sigma Solutions AB in Linköping. Karin holds a Master of Science in Computer Engineering from LiTH (Linköping University). In her sparetime, she enjoys sports. Karin also plays for the Swedish National Women's Rugby team.

A2B first delivery of the Multibox Professional
2007-01-26The Multibox Pro 3T is a high quality professional head end intended for use in any Cable TV or MATV installation. All functions are integrated in an extremely compact unit that easily can be mounted in different ways. The Multibox Pro 3T incorporates double tuner, three MPEG decoders, three broadcast quality NICAM stereo encoders, and three VSB-modulators with high output. The Multibox Professional is now available for delivery.

A2B starts the delivery of the EMU-100

A2B Electronics signs a Distributor Agreement with Romsat in Ukraine
2007-01-26A2B and Romsat has signed an agreement for distribution of A2B products in Ukraine. Romsat is the latest distributor for A2B and will market and sell A2B's professional products, the E-series, and micro head ends, the Multibox and the Multibox Professional to its widespread customer base across Ukraine.
The company is is based in Kiev and employs more than 50 highly qualified and trained specialists. A2B Electronics AB launches the Multibox in Finland in partnership with Finnsat OY.
A2B Electronics AB, the Swedish technology company that develops and manufactures products for professional TV distribution and for consumer electronics is launching the Multibox in Finland in partnership with Finnsat OY.
The Multibox is a unique yet easy to use, leading edge consumer product for digital terrestrial television that delivers free to air DVB-T channels to all the TV sets in the a household.
